Located in the popular Edwards Riverwalk, The French Press is really two restaurants: by day, it's one of the most popular brunch destinations in the valley; by night it's an intimate French Bistro, with a Colorado flair.
A full breakfast menu includes griddle favorites, bagels, eggs, omelets, and "break-mex". We're big fans of the Stuffed French Toast (filled with strawberry cream cheese) and the Chorizo Burrito. The French Press's espresso bar has the standard cappuccinos, lattes and mochas, but their serve-yourself, bottomless cup of regular coffee is simply the best you are going to find in the Vail Valley. The French Press's lunch menu is filled with a wide selection of salads and sandwiches. You'll want to head out on the early side for weekend brunch, as the French Press is one of the most popular Sat-Sun dining locales in the valley.
